Our Shipping Process (4 Steps)

Step 01

Pre-shipment documentation

We prepare all required documents before shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, shipping order, product technical datasheets, UN38.3 test summary, and dangerous goods declaration (if applicable). All paperwork complies with international transport regulations.

Step 02

Professional packaging by product type

LiFePO4 batteries & portable power stations – packed in strong cartons with EPE foam (expandable polyethylene) for shock absorption.
Home energy storage products – packed in UN‑certified wooden cases.
Mobile EV charging units – packed in wooden crates.
All packaging passes stack and drop tests to ensure safety during transit.

Step 03

Shipping mode selection

Based on destination, volume, and timeline, we recommend the best option:
FCL (Full Container Load) – 20ft / 40ft / 40HC, ideal for large orders.
LCL (Less than Container Load) – typically for sample orders.
Rail freight – cost‑effective and faster for Europe / Central Asia.
Truck delivery – suitable for countries bordering China.

Step 04

Tracking & delivery

After shipment, our sales team actively tracks the logistics status and keeps you updated with real‑time information, including container number, vessel name (if by sea), voyage, and ETA. We monitor every shipment until customs clearance and final delivery.

Step 05

After‑sales support (5‑year warranty)

Once delivery is completed, your products enter a 5‑year after‑sales service phase. During this period, our dedicated after‑sales and technical teams will proactively support you with any product‑related needs.
