TURSAN operates two specialized manufacturing bases in China — strategically located to serve different product categories with dedicated production lines, engineering teams, and quality systems.
The Dongguan base focuses on residential and commercial energy solutions, manufacturing home batteries, solar batteries, LiFePO₄ batteries, wall-mounted batteries, as well as off-grid and on-grid inverters. The Shaoguan base is dedicated to mobile EV charging, portable power stations, SMT assembly, injection molding, and more. Every product from both bases is fully traceable through our unified MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

China Headquarters
Our headquarters in China is also our home energy storage battery production base. This base has over 200 employees, including 30+ R&D personnel dedicated to home energy storage batteries, and features automated battery PACK production line.
Our subsidiary factory in Shaoguan covers an area of 20,000 square meters. This factory is our main facility for producing Mobile EV Charging units and Portable Power Stations, and it integrates multiple supporting industries.

Every incoming cell is graded on capacity, internal resistance, and voltage curves. Only matched cells with identical performance profiles enter our packs.
Precision laser welding eliminates cold-joint failure points — critical for high-cycle reliability. Every weld is vision-inspected before progressing.
Modular pack assembly with torque-controlled fastening, automatic glue dispensing, and integrated BMS connection with full firmware loading.
100% of finished packs go through burn-in cycles under load — temperature, voltage, and current logged every second. Zero exceptions.
Final inspection covers capacity verification, BMS communication test, cosmetic check, and labeling — followed by export-grade packaging.
Climate-controlled finished-goods warehouse with UN3480 DGR-compliant export handling for sea, air, and rail freight worldwide.
