OEM&ODM Process

Phase 1

Confirm Requirements and Finalise the Solution

We collect all customer specifications: voltage, capacity, dimensions, communication protocol, etc. Then we decide if it is a pure OEM job (build exactly to your drawings) or an ODM job (we provide the design). We issue a clear BOM (bill of materials) and 2D/3D drawings for both parties to sign off, avoiding any later misunderstandings.

Procurement and Incoming Inspection

We purchase all materials according to the BOM: cells, enclosure, brackets, screws, wiring, BMS boards, etc. When goods arrive, we do sampling or 100% inspection. For cells, we measure voltage, internal resistance and check appearance. For structural parts, we check dimensions and hole sizes. Any non‑conforming items are rejected and never go into our warehouse.

Cell Sorting and Matching

We group cells from the same batch by voltage and internal resistance values. We then match cells with the closest parameters into one set (for example, if a string uses 4 cells, the voltage and resistance differences among those 4 must stay within our set limits). This directly affects how long the battery pack will last without performance decay.

Laser Welding and Module Assembly

We fix cells into holders, then laser‑weld the tabs (connectors). We do pull‑force tests on sample weld spots to check strength. After that, we fasten the welded sub‑modules into the enclosure or tray, using torque‑controlled tools to apply the correct tightening force.

BMS Installation and Wiring Connection

We mount the main BMS and slave boards in their designated positions, then plug in all voltage sampling wires and temperature sensors. We always have a two‑person verification of the wiring sequence – this prevents reverse connections that could burn the boards when we power up.

First High‑Voltage Safety Test

We apply high voltage between the positive/negative terminals and the enclosure to measure insulation resistance and withstand voltage. We check for any leakage or breakdown. If this test fails, the module goes back for rework immediately – it does not move forward.

High‑Temperature Standing and Self‑Discharge (K‑Value) Check

We place the modules in a 45 °C room for 24–48 hours. We measure voltage before and after the standing period, then calculate the daily voltage drop (K‑value). Units with excessive drop are rejected because they indicate internal micro‑shorts that could cause early failure later.

Charge/Discharge Aging and Capacity Calibration

We connect the modules to charge/discharge equipment and run several full cycles at the current specified by the customer. During the process, we record actual discharge capacity, charge/discharge efficiency, and the temperature/voltage differences among individual cells. If all data stay within our acceptance limits, we calibrate the final rated capacity. If not, we isolate and analyse the failed units.

Final Inspection, Labelling and Packaging

We re‑measure total voltage, internal resistance and insulation performance. We check appearance for scratches, gaps, or damaged screws. We attach a permanent nameplate (with serial number), UN38.3 hazardous‑goods label, and all required operation warning labels. Then we package the battery with foam or cardboard for shock protection, as per customer requirements, and record the final weight.

Shipment and Document Handover

We verify the shipping quantity, address and consignee. We prepare all accompanying documents: factory test report, MSDS, UN38.3 test summary, and transport condition certificate. We arrange pickup with our logistics partner, and after dispatch we send the tracking number and estimated arrival time to the customer.

FAQ

Prismatic LFP cells offer lower internal resistance (≈30% less heat generation), superior vibration resistance, no swelling risk, and higher energy density per volume. They also provide a longer cycle life (≥4000 cycles) compared to typical pouch cells, making them safer and more durable for outdoor use.

It has a 1000Wh total capacity. This can charge a laptop (60W) about 12-15 times, run a 50W portable fridge for nearly 20 hours, or power 40W LED lights for 25+ hours.

The 300W pure sine wave inverter can handle most small appliances: laptops, monitors, drones (charging), CPAP machines, cameras, LED TVs, mini fridges (<300W), fans, routers, and power tools under 300W. It also supports sensitive electronics thanks to pure sine wave output.

Three ways: 1) AC wall outlet – 300W input, fully charges in ~3-4 hours. 2) Solar panel (PV input up to 200W, MPPT controller). 3) Car charger (via DC input, optional adapter). You can also charge while discharging (pass-through charging).

The high-strength sheet metal casing provides excellent impact resistance, heat dissipation, and structural rigidity. It protects internal cells from drops, vibration, and extreme outdoor conditions, unlike plastic housings that may crack under stress. It also enhances fire safety.

The power station operates reliably between -15°C and 45°C (5°F to 113°F). It features a BMS that adjusts charging/discharging parameters for cold environments, making it suitable for winter camping, high-altitude research, and desert fieldwork.

With over 4000 charge cycles (to 70% capacity). Even after daily use for 6+ years, you’ll still have excellent capacity.

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to temperatures above 45°C (113°F). Although the BMS has over-temperature protection, extreme heat can accelerate battery aging. For best longevity, store it in a cool, shaded place. The sheet metal housing helps with heat dissipation but does not replace safe storage practices.

Yes, it supports pass-through charging. You can connect solar panels (up to 200W) and power your devices simultaneously. The internal BMS manages power flow intelligently, prioritizing load demand while charging the battery.

It includes 1x USB-C (multi-protocol fast charge, up to 60W/100W depending on negotiation) and 1x USB-A (smart detection, up to 18W). Additional DC ports (cigarette lighter) can be customized for OEM orders. The standard version focuses on compact portability.

Net weight is 9.5 kg (20.9 lbs). While not ultra-light, the integrated handle and compact dimensions (291×150×249 mm) make it easy to carry for short distances – ideal for car camping, RV trips, or job sites. For longer treks, a wheeled cart is recommended.

Absolutely. Most CPAP machines consume 30-60W (without heated humidifier). The 1000Wh battery can run a CPAP for 15-20+ nights. The pure sine wave output ensures safe operation for medical devices. Always check your CPAP’s actual power draw.

Our standard model complies with CE, FCC, RoHS, and UN38.3 (transportation). For OEM orders, we can arrange additional certifications (PSE, KC, UKCA, etc.) based on target market requirements. Batteries are UL-tested components.

The unit is designed as a standalone solution. For higher capacity needs, we offer larger models (e.g., 2000Wh, 3000Wh) in the same sheet metal prismatic series. Custom battery expansion packs are available for OEM clients upon request.

We provide a 5 years standard warranty for the power station. For OEM partners, we offer extended warranties, spare parts supply, and dedicated technical support. Sample units are available for testing, and we assist with custom branding, packaging, and BMS tuning.
